Chief Technology Officer, Immersive 2024 to present

Immersive helps organisations test and prove their cyber readiness. It's #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026 and used by 30%+ of the Fortune 100, including HSBC and Citi, with 25M+ exercises run on the platform.

I lead technology and engineering for Immersive One, the company's cyber readiness platform. Since I joined, we've shipped its AI layer, including:

• Lab Builder, with an AI agent that generates tailored labs on demand (2025)
• AI Program Builder, which assembles training programmes automatically
• The Agentic Harness, for testing autonomous security agents (2026)
• Coverage mapping against MITRE ATLAS, the framework for AI threats (2026)

Chief Technology Officer, CoachHub 2020 to 2024

I owned technology, engineering and the platform through CoachHub's growth years, including the $200M Series C led by Sofina and SoftBank Vision Fund 2 in 2022, the acquisitions of MoovOne (2021) and Klaiton's coaching division (2022), and the enterprise security large customers require (ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR with data hosted in Germany).

In March 2023 we launched AIMY, the first conversational AI career coach: an LLM-based coach combining speech recognition, dynamic context building and behavioural science, released as a free research beta in seven languages. More than 40,000 people used it during the beta, before general availability in 2025.

Engineering Lead, Babbel 2015 to 2020

Senior Android developer, then engineering manager for mobile, then engineering lead for the Learning Experience area: 40 people in three full-stack teams, in dual leadership with Product. Babbel's learner apps became the world's top-grossing language-learning app, with Top Developer and Best Apps of the Year recognition from Google Play and the App Store; the product has since sold 25M+ subscriptions.
