# Thanos Karpouzis

Thanos Karpouzis is Chief Technology Officer at Immersive, the cyber resilience platform ranked #1 in the Forrester Wave 2026 and trusted by 30%+ of the Fortune 100. He leads technology and engineering for Immersive One. Before Immersive he was CTO at CoachHub (2020 to 2024), where he launched AIMY, the first conversational AI career coach (March 2023), and led technology through the company's $200M Series C. Before that he held engineering leadership roles at Babbel (2015 to 2020), where the learner apps became the world's top-grossing language-learning app. Nearly 20 years in software, from hands-on Android developer to CTO, scaling teams from a handful of engineers to more than 180.
